The Deal
We Provide:
2 meals/day - your choice between breakfast, lunch, dinner - including sides, & dessert
All of the organizing and shopping
Table set ups and clean ups
You Provide:
housing with at least 1 queen bed or two twin beds in a private room(s)
Reimbursement for all grocery bills
Flexibility! This is our first time, we are bound to make a mistake or two but we will always have a back up plan!
We are happy to work within your budget and with your dietary needs in mind.
Additionally, we are willing to complete background checks but ask that you do so as well!

We are Beurre Blanc Personal Chef Services: Our names are Louisa & Lynnea. We are two food scientists who met in college and love to cook for our friends and family! This summer we are looking for an opportunity to try our hands at being private chefs. We are looking to work for free in exchange for housing in any of the following areas between August 12th - 24th, 2024.
Hamptons, New York
Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts
Nantucket, Massachusetts
Alternative fun summer locations within the New England/Northeast area!
We are not classically trained chefs but scientists! We both hold degrees from one of the best Food Science programs in the world and have a combined 15 years of experience in the restaurant and consumer-packaged-good industries. Our culinary knowledge comes from working alongside chefs and years of practice. While we are not experts in restaurant cooking, we are experts in cooking for specific dietary needs such as major allergies, keto or low FODMAP diets etc, and vegetarians/vegans.

Our names are Lynnea and Louisa. We have been friend for 5 years after we both joined a food science trivia team (We know we are nerds!)

We have never done this before! We have cooked for big groups of people but we still expect we will make a couple mistakes. If you can be flexible and love good food, we think we’d be a good match! Please fill out our interest form!

We will do all the grocery shopping, prep work and clean up after the meal. You are responsible for reimbursing the grocery bill. We can work within any budget. We will provide receipts!
If we decide to work together, we will meet to discuss your dietary preferences, budget, and your preference of meals.
